With acrylics, layering was approached strategically — starting with thin underpainting and gradually building opacity and highlights. Fast-drying acrylic allowed controlled detailing, especially in defining form, edges, and reflections.   • Protection against discrimination based on race, religion, descent, or place of birth

  • Rights to equality before the law

The Constitution provides:

  • Group Representation Constituencies (GRCs) to ensure minority representation in Parliament
